Our Vision

SkillsForce wants to reach every School and then through its specialised STEM trainings (that are in line with ATL curriculum) provide practical and simple training to our young future enterpruners, scientists and winners.

The Problem

Only 3.84% of engineers are employable in software-related jobs at startups.
Around 3% graduates possess new-age skills in areas such as AI, Machine Learning, Data engineering and Mobile technologies. On an aggregate level, employability in these areas is around 1.5-1.7%.
USA has a much higher proportion of engineers, almost four times, who have good programming skills as compared to India.
A much higher percentage of Indian engineers (37.7%) cannot write an error-free code, as compared to China (10.35%).
Only 40% of engineering graduates end up doing an internship and 36% do any projects beyond coursework.
Current Academic system does not prepare the student to decide what they really want till the age of 15 by then they are very late and afraid to experiment, fail, learn their strengths and weakness. We do not tolerate failure.

The Solution

SkillsForce will conduct a Free Seminar in your institute.
followed by an aptitude/psychometric test, Identify the skills gap for each student, provide a chart of programs to enroll.
The assessment report and the training path will enrich the student in both Soft Skills, Tech Skills and provide Industry exposure.
Skillsforce expert trainers will be engaged to your school.
Our Trainers will conduct one hour STEM training twice a week in your school.
SkillsForce will also encourage students to apply to state and National level events such as Exhibitions & Competitions.
